Client communication is a signature service of Pillar Pacific and a
crucial building block in our success.
Communication is the key in building and sustaining a strong relationship
with our clients. Frequent contact is initiated by us and welcomed from the
client. This may consist of phone conversations, personal meetings, emails,
faxes, newsletters, and statements.
Account reviews are conducted in person on a regular basis, the frequency of
which depends on the complexities of the account and the needs of the client.
Prompt response to the needs of our clients is expected of all the team members
at the firm.
Getting to know our clients on a personal level is important to us. As
appropriate, we are also interested in getting to know family members. In some
situations, we take care of the finances for multiple generations, educating the
next generation about money management and preparing them for the transfer of
wealth.
We maintain a reasonable account load in order to provide each client with
ready access to his or her financial advisor and account administrator. We
are proud that our clients rely on us extensively. |
