We recognize that in addition to our investment management services, our clients have needs in other areas of their financial domain. In serving high net worth clients for many years, we have the experience and expertise to take a holistic approach when planning for the various complex aspects of each individual’s financial situation.
In reviewing a client’s financial picture and investment goals, we may uncover wealth management concerns or needs in such areas as:
- retirement planning
- estate planning
- multi-generational planning
- charitable/philanthropic strategies
- tax strategies
- risk management/asset protection
With our experience in the field and staff of financial planners and other professionals, we can help guide the client to answers for these issues. Some of the time, we will provide answers ourselves. Other times, we will refer the client to independent professionals for their expert advice or for the preparation of legal documents. In many cases, we find it is productive to actively participate in meetings between our clients and their other wealth strategy advisors. This active involvement minimizes the possibility of miscommunication and often helps our clients receive the customized attention they deserve.
To avoid any conflict of interest, we do not file taxes, draft legal documents, or sell insurance products. This allows us to focus solely on offering unbiased advice that is in the best interest of our clients.
Services for non-residents
Non-residents of the United States have their own set of unique laws and planning considerations when investing in U.S. assets. Having extensive experience in this arena, we can provide guidance for estate and tax planning, including the possible use of offshore companies and trusts. We support off-shore residents in their U.S. investment management and wealth management needs. Chinese language support is available.
